Project dump truck trailer

Dump Trailer – PT. Prasadha Pamunah Limbah Industri

This project involves the procurement and fabrication of 30m³ dump truck trailers equipped with electric tarpaulin systems, with a total of 5 units scheduled for 2024 and 4 units for 2025.

All units are specifically designed for transporting waste materials from Freeport’s operational areas.

9 dump truck trailers in total: 5 units for 2024 and 4 units for 2025.

Each trailer has a loading capacity of 30 cubic meters (30m³), suitable for bulk waste materials.

All units are equipped with electric tarpaulin covers for enhanced safety, ease of operation, and protection of materials during transport.

Project Tank Truck

CPO Tank – PT Transjaya Pratama

The CPO Tank project for PT Transjaya Pratama includes the procurement and fabrication of approximately 10 units in 2024, and an additional 20 units planned for 2025.

Currently, 10 units are in progress. All tanks are designed in accordance with industry standards to ensure safety and efficiency in Crude Palm Oil (CPO) storage.

10 tank units were scheduled and completed for delivery in 2024.

A total of 20 tank units are planned for 2025, with 10 units currently in progress.

All tanks are specifically designed for Crude Palm Oil (CPO) storage and transport.

Project Logging Truck Trailer

Logging Truck – PT. Prima Transportasi Service Indonesia

In 2024, a total of 40 logging truck trailers were produced for PT. Prima Transportasi Service Indonesia through PT. Alun Indah.

These trailers feature specially designed and reinforced chassis, engineered to handle the rigorous demands of transporting heavy logging timber, ensuring long-term durability and reliable performance.

Project Ironbird Wingbox

Wingbox – Ironbird Logistics

The Ironbird Wingbox project is a collaboration between PT ASB and Ironbird Logistics, a member of the Bluebird Group. The units are built with high-quality materials and a robust design, featuring an upgraded paint finish that enhances their premium appearance.

Each unit has undergone a series of rigorous tests, including artificial rain simulations, to ensure reliability under various conditions. The door opening mechanism has been engineered for greater stability and smoother operation.

To date, seven units have been completed, with more in production to support the continued success of the customer’s operations.
